Activo y de vuelta a los trotes semanales, teniendo en mente de que sería el miércoles, ya que en ese día suelo descansar con respecto a calistenia, pero por cuestiones de trabajo, pues, decidí realizarlo hoy.
Salí de casa en ayuno, al "Comando" a las 6:07 am, como de costumbre, y desde allí por toda la "Avenida Caracas", al llegar al primer semáforo, mano derecha, hasta "llovizna market 1". No negaré que me costó llegar al punto fijado, pero por lo menos no cedí. De regreso sería por el mismo camino, pero me animé a cambiarla, regresando por "Villa Betania". Mientras trotaba y pasar un tramo "algo empinado", me tope con unas barras, que la verdad no recordaba de la existencia de unas por estos lugares, como verán en las capturas, hice algunos ejercicios isométricos, nomas para comprobar el estado del mismo, luego retome el trote, pero a los pocos segundos me empezó a doler la costilla derecha por lo que me detuve un momento, pero no tanto claro, volviendo nuevamente al trote. Saliendo de "Villa Betania" y terminando el recorrido por la "Avenida Caracas" hasta el gimnasio "Tempo energy", sin ninguna parada más.

Active and back to the weekly jogging, having in mind that it would be on Wednesday, since on that day I usually rest regarding calisthenics, but for work reasons, well, I decided to do it today.
I left home fasting, to the “Comando” at 6:07 am, as usual, and from there all along the “Avenida Caracas”, at the first traffic light, right hand, to “llovizna market 1”. I won't deny that it was hard to get to the fixed point, but at least I didn't give in. On the way back it would be the same way, but I was encouraged to change it, returning by “Villa Betania”. While jogging and passing a “somewhat steep” stretch, I ran into some bars, which the truth is I did not remember the existence of some in these places, as you will see in the screenshots, I did some isometric exercises, just to check the state of it, then I resumed jogging, but a few seconds later my right rib began to hurt so I stopped for a moment, but not so much of course, returning again to jogging. Leaving “Villa Betania” and finishing the tour along “Avenida Caracas” to the gym “Tempo energy”, without any more stops.
