Activo hoy, viernes, con los trotes semanales, aunque mejor dicho, sería caminata en esta ocasión, teniendo en cuenta que llevó más de una semana, que no volví a trotar, por lo que no estaría mal que retomase con una caminata "no relajada", más bien, un poco más acelerada de lo normal. Aparte de cumplir con esta actividad, también me serviría para entrar en calor, antes de que fuese a entrenar calistenia.
Salí de casa aproximadamente a las 4:55 pm, empezando de buena vez con la caminata, pasando por el "Comando" como tengo acostumbrado, y para esta ocasión fui por unos de los primeros caminos que me dirigían a "Villa Betania" desde donde me encontraba. Siguiendo aquel camino, llegué a unas barras que les mostré una vez. Estando allí, aproveché hacer algunos ejercicios de fuerza, pero no tanto, ya que, como mencioné, quería reservar fuerza y mantenerme cuerdo para entrenar calistenia más tarde, "pensando más en los trucos de dinámicos". Al terminar allí, me regresé por el mismo recorrido caminando con rapidez hasta el mismo punto inicial.
Luego de la caminata, fui directamente a mi casa a buscar unas bandas elásticos y seguidamente fui al parque de barras a culminar con el último día de entrenamiento de calistenia en esta semana.

Active today, Friday, with the weekly jogging, although better said, it would be walking on this occasion, taking into account that it took more than a week, I did not return to jogging, so it would not be bad to resume with a "not relaxed" walk, rather, a little faster than normal. Apart from this activity, it would also serve me to warm up, before I go to train calisthenics.
I left home at approximately 4:55 pm, starting the walk, passing by the "Comando" as I am used to, and for this occasion I went by one of the first roads that led me to "Villa Betania" from where I was. Following that road, I arrived at some bars that I showed you once. Being there, I took the opportunity to do some strength exercises, but not so much, since, as I mentioned, I wanted to reserve strength and stay sane to train calisthenics later, "thinking more about the dynamic tricks". When I finished there, I went back along the same route walking quickly to the same starting point.
After the walk, I went straight home to get some elastic bands and then went to the barre park to finish off the last day of calisthenics training for the week.
