Flat Bench Press Warm-up Set

It takes a lot if humility and discipline to do warm up sets sometimes, because you can lift way more weight but you're putting that aside to lift way lighter for a few sets.

After a while of working out, though, you get more used to it and it doesn't take much to do 'em anymore.

Weightless to lightweight warm-up sets are very important, though, and that's mainly what helps you do them, or else there would have hardly been any other way you would have done them.

They help protect against injuries, get you in the right form, and ease you into the main sets.

Here is a video of me doing some weightless bench press warm-up set, not a tinge of ego here at all 😀.
