My Absolute Favourite Biceps Workout

I learnt this one from Dr. Mike Israetel who is an expert on muscle science. When he talked about it he said it was his new favourite, and the craziest thing was about how someone who watched him performing it saw a stretch mark form right there in the middle of this workout and it became the person's new favourite too!

Damn, that's crazy.

So I went and tried it out and it is great! It is everything Dr. Israetel said it was. He only talked about regular curls but I've also tried hammer curls with this and it worked the same way.

As you can see it is all about sitting on the decline bench and letting your arms hang:
