My Favorite Pull-ups Form

There are about a 100 million ways to do pull-ups, I've tried a lot of 'em and this is a video of me doing my favorite 🌚.

I love this one because I'm more interested in building my lats (mid and lower back) than I am in building my upper back, and this is a form that targets that more than many others.

Also it feels good to me, nothing is better than a workout that feels good cos that way you do more and more is what you want.
