My Rear Delts Regimen

The rear delts are the muscles by the rear side of the shoulders. This is one of the most undertrained muscles, and if you want a well-rounded physique the rear delts are very important, you can't ignore em.

I'm also one of the guys who have been undertraining this muscle, but not anymore, gotta put in that work. Here is a video of me putting in that hustle:
