This is the magic workout to build your calves. You don't even need weights. You can just sit and just keep raising your calves like this for so many reps.
The best calf workout, though, is the standing calf raises, this is second best, if you ask me. But I don't do standing calf raises because they work my glutes and I've got other plans for my physique 🌚.
The best way to make calf raises work is to do as many reps as possible. At least 100 reps every set because the leg muscles thrive on reps. If you're doing any weighted exercise for your legs always try to reduce the weight and go for as many reps as you can.
30, 50, 100 reps. It's easy. Also try to stay focused and not just go through the motions.
