Got my morning run done at sunrise and saw a family of ducks heading to the creek for a swim. They definitely knew the way, and it was funny to see them using the bike path Iike I was.
I saw them the other day too but on a different street near the park.
I spent a bit of time weeding in my son's back yard and visiting my grand daughter.
My activity count was a bit down today. I will have to try and make up for it tomorrow.

That sunrise is inspiring. Where we live the sunrise isn't as easy to see. Too many trees to get a proper view. However, we do have a full view of the stunning sunsets.
