My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2024

One of the trees in the front yard has a lot of new seed pods growing on it. All the local birds seem to like eating them.

They don't seem to mind sharing either. The sulphur crested cockatoo seems to have a bigger beak and snaps off bigger bunches of pods. Maybe the pink galah is waiting for some leftovers.

Fitness activity wise, it was only one walk, the weekly grocery shopping and some house chores.
