I have started to add a few faster run throughs back into my morning run, mid week.
It was a nice yellow sunrise which reminded me of Southeast Asia. I still tried to keep the whole workout in my easy zone 2, which was hard on the trails.
I am also trying to get all that cadence into the green zone, but I am still doing a lot of physical work on the roof renovations at home.
Another solid activity count day with the evening stroll.
