I was happy enough with my time, but it took a while to get my heart rate unto zone 4. Maybe I need to warm up a bit harder and or longer.

My cadence chart is nice and green, but it is only my harder runs when I get get it there.

Another parkrun done to help build a solid activity count for the day.
