Another early wake up to be at the Gym before dawn for a good cardio workout! I think my body is responding well as I feel it is getting easier to not only be up early but also to go through the workouts completely without too much of extra rest between reps. Whereas my strength parts were difficult when starting, I am getting through them much easier. I still had good energy after the class so headed over and took a mat to get my core training in before heading out.
It was a good start to the day as it was pretty busy again at work despite the expected slowdown. The projects do not seem to have an end and what is worse is that my own things are falling a bit behind. However, I do have some time off planned to really focus on those projects again so that I can end the year strong across all areas of focus. The fitness focus is having a good impact across all areas which is encouraging to feel.
