Time off is coming to an end at least officially as I have already started to take calls and answer emails for work. I found myself at the gym early again today to get another class in today. It was another Strength training session which was a challenge as I still have some soreness from the last one. I started with a short warm up on the treadmill and got through the class somewhat comfortably.
As it was my last day to have all this time to me, I headed to the Spa for some longer recovery to get some more sweat in. I plan to rest and recover during the weekend as I prepare to return to work. I will need to plan the next week carefully as I will likely need to shift some workouts in the evening. Given how tired I have been during the evenings, I wonder how that will impact my approach.
