While I have been feeling strong as of late, I know that recovery is key for my future progression. I also had a number of chores at home to get done today so I did not want to go too intense with my trip to the gym today. Instead, I got a slow walk at the treadmill before heading to my first class of Yoga in years. It was a good balance on my recovery efforts today although I could not get to the Spa.
After the gym, I headed home for a meal before heading outside for my chores. The weather was great so it was more of a therapy than a chore so got it done pretty quickly to then focus on rest. Did some trigger sessions before preparing to head out with the family to an event with friends. A good way to spend the weekend.

Glad you were able to stick to it through the holidays. I lost my FitBit about a week ago, and totally lost steam to make my actifit posts without the tracking of my steps.
I think you can still track with the steps your phone tracks. A bit boring having to carry your phone everywhere but that is how I did the first couple of years when my watch did not have a connection yet!
