Body was Ready - My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2025

I was a bit concerned about how my body would respond by going to the gym again early this morning for my weight training session given the late visit yesterday. However, it responded well given that it was not too bad in terms of volume. I actually felt I could increase the weight on a number of lifts but opted not to so that I can ensure I give myself some time to recover. I do have some next level weight increases coming in the next two weeks so I am trying to prepare for that upcoming routine update.

I started with a warm up walk but could not do a cooldown given the start of my workday. I had to sit quite a bit again today but I did get a quick walk outside after my lunch which helped me get close to my daily goal. My meetings went into the evening but I did make some strides at walking while in some meetings to get past the goal. Weekend coming soon but plenty of work will need to be done to stay up to speed with the demands of work at the moment.
