Today did not start too bad but weather did not let me go for a walk when I had the chance. I took the time to get ahead to see if I can get some time in the weekend for some rest, recovery, and time with the family. The evening came and I definitely needed something to get my mind into a better spot. I headed to the gym for a GTX class to get some sweat in.
The class was able to keep me busy and get me past the day behind. I also got my core routine before heading for a shower. Before heading home, I picked up some dinner for the family. I bought plenty because the week and the workout built up some hunger which is weird as it has been a while since I felt this hungry. It could be a sign that my body needs some balance given everything going on in my life. Will definitely be something I need to pay attention to.
