Busy at Sea - My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2025

I acknowledge that I am being hard on myself as I get off my diet and I proved it as I was up early before the family to get to the gym although it was a day at Sea. I knew it will be full so I got on the treadmill and went for a good 5K targeting my Zone 2 for a good amount of the time but increasing my pace to still challenge myself. Got back to the room to get a great breakfast with the family.

We went circles on the ship finding a bunch of fun activities to do during the day which got me even more active. We foubd ourselves taking a break at the room after lunch where I did treat myself with some tweets but I remain disciplined in not exaggerating the diet break. However, I could not get myself to rest too much in the room as my mind continues to be busy reflecting on many things. I decided to go back to the gym for some weight training again as I want to put the carbs to good work as a test. Not feeling stronger but getting through the lifts were good.
