I did not expect to be writing this today as I had a rough night sleeping last night as I am a bit under the weather. I tried to get extra sleep to eventually get on a treadmill but as I started my work day, I never had a moment to get away for a workout nor was I really up to it. The afternoon came and I found myself headed to DC to pick up my daughter.
After a long drive, we got dropped off a bit early and had some time to explore the city and eat. Before we knew it, it was time to meet up with her and find our way to the train station. The weather was pretty good as the Sun was out so we decided to walk to the Station instead of taking an Uber or taxi. I underestimated the distance as it took us 40 minutes while carrying a piece of luggage. We got to our train with 5 minutes to spare so it was close. This trek ultimately became my workout as it got me a good amount of activity. I also got my trigger sessions done in the evening.
