Squeezed Out - My Actifit Report Card: February 26 2025

Today I was feeling much better despite still struggling with getting a full night of sleep which is not normal for me. I took the opportunity of feeling better to try to get in a quick workout at the Gym mid morning which I knew would be a challenge but for different reasons. I thought that the interruptions from work on the phone would be the main reason but the reality was that I was surprised about how difficult it was to get some of the areas in the gym as it was busy for a mid morning. In fact, I found myself working while waiting for spaces to open up!

However, I did have to get back home for a video call so I had to cut my weight training session a couple of sets short to get back in time. It was core and lower body which I was ok with given the supplemental routines I do for those groups during the week. I now have a good stretch to focus on the rest of this week to finish this latest program strong and measure progress. It will also start to get me thinking about what comes next which I already have some thoughts about.
