Time to Recover - My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2025

I finally had a day without much on the to do list which allowed me to take my tome to focus on recover. I did miss out on sleeping a bit more as I played some video games last night but I would include that as part of some mental recovery as well. I also had some breakfast early before heading to the gym to mix things up a bit. I started with a treadmill walk for some active recovery while catching up some some podcasts.

I then treated my self with some Normatec compressions on the legs as I treat them for 5K training which will intensify this week. I have my mind on the time goal which I think is aggressive but am getting more confident about given how I am feeling around some of the metrics I am seeing. The weeks ahead do get busy which will likely be the challenge for these goals but I think cardio has some flexibility I can work around relative to the strength training from the last three months.
