What a day! Church, Spicy Noodles, a local Art Festival, a Trampoline and Acrobatics show, Flower shopping, outdoor Grilling dinner for the fam-jam, playing ball with my daughters before bedtime… and cap it all off with a fast hard run 🏃♂️
