Well my smartwatch didn’t charge yesterday so it missed like 3000 steps or something… oh well
Good day. Letting my knee rest since it was hurting from yesterdays squats, spent some time doing shoulder exercises with 12.5 lbs dumbbells and rubber stretch bands
Brekkie: eggs, tomato and cheese omelet and lentils
lunch: lightly breaded chicken and a salad, and lentils
Dinner: meatballs, salad, a few potato wedges and - yep - more lentils
