Well, a great way to keep those hips and glutes lean and taut is…. swinging a heavy two handed kettlebell between your thighs! 😁

All exercises with 52.5 lbs

  • kettlebell swings x75 x2 sets
  • Single leg balanced deadlift x5 x3 sets
  • deep, weighted hamstring stretch, 30 reps, 3 sets
