I wanted to work out today.
I did. Really, I did.
But two days in a row of hard workout, especially yesterdays intensive “Leg Day”leaves me unable to sit properly today, nevermind do anything strength-building…
So maybe it’s a sign to let the muscles heal today
Yep. We’re going with that… 😄
At least meal plan went according to plan today.
Egg and veggie omelet.
Chicken and salad lunch.
Dinner was turkey meatballs, a bit of pasta, Brussels sprouts and side of curried chickpeas
