Thursdays are for Treading Carefully

Was nervous if my knee was gonna be better today… so I took some extra time warming up and made sure to go slowly and carefully, but no problems so yay for leg day!!!

2x 40 lb dumbbells

3 sets reverse lunges slow
3 sets of squats x 10 reps slow

2 sets calf raises (one leg at a time)
