Neighbourhood cleanup day!
Took the kids out to help do our part… never expected our neighbours to leave this kind of mess though…
Oh well we do our part, our little group of volunteers collected 8 full trash bags from the sidewalks, streets and surrounding woods.
Way to go team!
Finished the day with a mango chutney glazed salmon and veg, and an evening workout - Leg Day!
Workout 2x 45 lb dumbbells, 30 mins
(Up from 40)
3 sets reverse lunges slow x8x3
3 sets of squats x 8 reps slow x3
3 sets calf raises (one leg at a time, 20xLRLRLR no break superset)
3 sets deep hamstring stretch with bent row 5 second holds x 5reps
