I woke up early yesterday morning and decided to have a healthy breakfast. I ate a banana and a piece of toast with peanut butter. After breakfast, I went for a walk around my neighborhood. I enjoyed the fresh air and the sun shining on my face. I also exercised for about 30 minutes on my treadmill. I felt really good after my walk and workout. I'm glad that I started the day off with a healthy breakfast and a good workout.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of working from home, and I had lunch at my desk. I had a salad and some fruit. It was a great way to take a break and get some work done. I love being able to work from home. It's so nice not to have to worry about meeting someone else in person.
I prepared tacos for dinner and they were delicious! I used a mixture of ground beef, turkey, and venison. The tacos were topped with diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers.
It’s that time of year where we all start to think about the things we’ve done wrong and what new resolutions we can make for the New Year. For some people, this means setting goals for themselves such as getting in better shape or eating healthier. For others, it might mean resolving to spend more time with their significant other. And still others might choose to resolve to do something they enjoy outside of their regular routine like going on a hike or spending time with their dog.
Personally, I think one of the best things you can do for your mental health is get exercise. So if you’re looking for a way to improve your mood without even having to try too hard, walking your dog is definitely an option worth considering!
There are plenty of good reasons why walking your dog before watching a movie is a great idea: Not only does it give you and your pet some quality time together, but it also gives you something fun and stimulating to focus on while zoning out in front of the TV screen. Plus, there are endless benefits associated with being physically active: not just because it makes you feel good but also because it can help reduce stress levels and improve sleep quality!
If you haven’t already started doing this before bedtime – now would be a great time to start! Not only will it help improve your overall wellbeing but it could also lead to longer lasting changes that benefit both you and your furry friend alike!
