En el día de hoy me levanté temprano, ya que mi madre suele vender empanadas por encargo y yo me dispuse a levantarme a las 7 de la mañana para poder ayudarla con las entregas y el delivery y mientras hacía alguno de estos deliverys me tomé unas fotos mientras los repartía luego llegó un compañero de entreno y nos pusimos a hablar sobre nuestros entrenamientos recientes y algunas cosas que habían sido en nuestras vidas en los últimos días luego jugué Minecraft por un rato y estuve probando meterle shaders para ver qué tan bien se vería luego de eso a la tarde me dispuso hacer mi rutina de entrenamiento el día de hoy empecé a meter la full planche un elemento de calistenia que si bien es uno de los más complicados mi objetivo para este nuevo año que viene es dominarlo a tal punto de que la full planche para mí no sea nada el entreno hoy fue bastante bueno practiqué diversos ejercicios, pero cuando lo terminé me sentí muy mal del estómago no sabía si había sido lo que comí o si había sido el entreno aunque yo digo que fue el fin de semana que me cayó un poco mal luego el entreno me tomé un remedio casero que me hizo mi papá el cual sabía bastante feo aun así me lo tomé para ver si me sentía mejor luego me recosté y realicé mi respectivo reporte. ¡Un cordial saludo a todas las personas dentro del ecosistema #Hive, especialmente a los miembros de actifit y a mis compañeros en #swc!
