Dia de trabajo y entreno
En el día de hoy me levanto temprano para ir a trabajar, al despertar prepare un desayuno proteico y con algunos carbohidratos ligeros para así estar con una buena energía por la mañana, al llegar fui a ayudar a algunas personas con sus rutinas y a su vez calenté para realizar la mía en la que enfoque principalmente el fortalecimiento de la plancha y el front level en su totalidad, luego seguí ayudando a las personas y turnaba con mis descansos hasta que se hicieron las 12 del medio día.
Me fui hasta mi casa para preparar mi almuerzo donde prepare un almuerzo con una buena cantidad de proteínas y al irme nuevamente al trabajo a las 2 de la tarde me compre mani para que me ayudara con mis requerimientos proteicos, ya al llegar seguí con mi trabajo ayudando a las personas y me prepare para mi segundo entrenamiento del día.
Me enfoco más en trabajar los músculos aisladamente logrando así fortalecerlos por separado de manera que me ayude a futuros movimientos en el deporte y también a que me ayude con la recuperación muscular así fue como continúe mi tarde hasta que llegaron las 5 pm donde me dirigí hasta mi casa para preparar una cena ligera para no aumentar de peso y poder así aprovechar los beneficios de la proteína anteriormente ingerida luego jugué un poco y tome una ducha para poder así descansar de este largo día. ¡Un cordial saludo a todas las personas dentro del ecosistema #Hive, especialmente a los miembros de actifit y a mis compañeros en #swc! Today I got up early to go to work, when I woke up I prepared a protein breakfast with some light carbohydrates to be with good energy in the morning, when I arrived I went to help some people with their routines and at the same time I warmed up to do mine in which I focused mainly on strengthening the plank and the front level in its entirety, then I continued helping people and took turns with my breaks until it was 12 noon.
I went to my house to prepare my lunch where I prepared a lunch with a good amount of protein and when I went back to work at 2 in the afternoon I bought peanuts to help me with my protein requirements, when I arrived I continued with my work helping people and I prepared for my second training of the day.
I focus more on working the muscles in isolation thus managing to strengthen them separately so that it helps me with future movements in sports and also helps me with muscle recovery, so that was how I continued my afternoon until 5pm came where I I headed home to prepare a light dinner so as not to gain weight and to be able to take advantage of the benefits of the protein I had previously ingested.
