The last two days were a total nightmare. I had caught the damn SARS-CoV-2 virus somewhere, and it hit me like a freight train. My body was wrecked, aching joints, pounding headaches, and the kind of chills that make you feel like you're freezing from the inside out. I couldn't get anything done. No clear thoughts, no energy, and every few minutes felt like a struggle just to stay conscious. Painkillers became my only company, and I downed them like candy, just to make it through the day. I barely managed to sleep, constantly tossing and turning, my body rebelling against the slightest movement. It was exhausting, to say the least. I wouldn't wish that kind of misery on anyone. But today, things started to look up. I managed to drag myself to the doctor, which felt like a marathon in itself. A little fresh air and movement helped, though it still took all the energy I had left. I even managed to tidy up my place, which felt like climbing a mountain after the last few days. It was a small win, but a win nonetheless. At least the horror part lasted only two days this time instead of 5 like the last time i fought that virus the first time back in 2021.
