There’s something special about a quiet Sunday walk, the city wrapped in silence, as if the world had momentarily muted itself. I didn’t push myself, didn’t overdo it, just let my steps find their own rhythm. No rush, no risk of a setback. The air carried that crisp, early spring scent, and then, right there on the path, a crocus beamed up at me like a tiny, triumphant herald of the season. A small moment, but one that stuck, so of course, I had to bring it back for you to enjoy
Es gibt etwas Magisches an einem stillen Sonntagsspaziergang, die Stadt in gedämpfter Ruhe, als hätte jemand die Welt auf lautlos gestellt. Ich habe mich nicht verausgabt, nichts überstürzt, nur meinen eigenen Rhythmus gefunden. Kein Stress, kein Rückfallrisiko. In der Luft lag dieser frische Frühlingsduft, und dann, mitten auf dem Weg, strahlte mich ein Krokus an wie ein kleiner, triumphierender Bote der neuen Jahreszeit. Ein kurzer Moment, aber einer, der bleibt und den ich euch natürlich auch zum geniessen mitgebracht habe.
