The morning fog blanketed the palace gardens, casting an eerie calm over the scene. I’d woken up early enough to feel the peacefulness before the world stirred. The moon eclipse? It was hidden behind a thick layer of clouds, a cosmic show that never appeared. But the fog, oh, it gave everything a mysterious edge, turning even the most mundane sight like that foggy clearing into an unexpected masterpiece. I stuck to my usual morning routine—breathing exercises and meditation—as I walked slowly through the mist. No sun, as expected, and the temperature barely managed to stay above freezing but under 10 degrees celsius over the course of the day. The kind of Friday where nothing extraordinary happened, but the quiet beauty of it all made the day feel different, just enough to stand out from the usual. At the end of the walk, I bought a few groceries and the weekend can begin.
Wieder ein grauer, leicht nebliger Morgen. Die Ruhe im nebligen Schlossgarten war heute besonders angenehm, wenn man früh genug unterwegs ist. Die Mondfinsternis war hinter einer dichten Wolkendecke verborgen, aber der Nebel verwandelte alles, wie diese neblige Lichtung, in ein unerwartetes Kunstwerk. Ich machte meine gewohnten Atem- und Meditationsübungen und die Kälte begleitete den weiteren Tag. Keine Sonne und Temperaturen, die unter 10 Grad blieben. Ein Freitag, wie er in dieser Jahreszeit oft ist, der sich von anderen nur durch die stille Schönheit abhob. Am Ende des walks noch eben ein paar Lebensmittel eingekauft und das Wochenende kann kommen.
