My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2025

Greetings to all members of the actifit community.
If I tell you that my day was quite difficult and stressful you may not be very surprised, because it is very common in Cuba days like this.

Electricity suffocates us a lot and literally in the middle of a climate as hot as ours the lack of electricity is torture.
I live in the capital and today we had 3 hours of blackout both in the morning and in the afternoon.
It is really crazy, today my husband got up preparing lunch to have it ready before the power was turned off.

When I told a neighbor she told me that she had cooked in the early morning.
This is crazy, to relax my mind I took a walk to a very busy and popular place in Cuba to do some shopping.

Si les digo que mi día fue bastante difícil y estresante quizás no se sorprendan mucho, pues es muy común en Cuba días así.

La electricidad nos sofoca mucho y literalmente en medio de un clima tan caliente como el nuestro la falta de fluido eléctrico es una tortura.
Yo vivo en la capital y hoy tuvimos tanto en la mañana como en la tarde 3 horas de apagón.
Es una verdadera locura, hoy mi esposo se levantó preparando el almuerzo para tenerlo listo antes de que quitarán la corriente.

Cuando le comenté a una vecina me dice que ella había cocinado en la madrugada.
Esto es de locos, para relajar mi mente hice una caminata hasta un lugar muy concurrido y popular en Cuba para hacer unas compras.

I met some friends and we talked about nice things, it was a very good idea to walk, enjoy nature and my friends, so the day was painted in beautiful colors.
