Howdy,
Today was a busy indoor day, only managed to get out in the nature in the evening.
Had an enjoyable walk around my favorite nearby nature sites in the city and found a little hut built probably by children with a fireplace in the middle.
Took full advantage and warmed myself up from a rather chilly evening.
No serious training to report, walked with an average tempo of 10 min per kilometer, heart rate 107 bpm. Some push-ups, squats and abdominal muscle exercises.
All in all the last resting day before starting a bit more serious running cycle tomorrow.
The soreness in calf muscles and knees has reisided so I figure I can give it a proper go tomorrow.
Blessings and go out to the wilderness and try make a fire yourself. Trust me it's worth it ;)
