Hi,
Had a second grown-ups football training today. Sore muscles from the first one were not the issue today but hard artificial turf was.
The knees prefer grass and sharp stopping and changing of direction affected it in a way that it hurt the second half of the training and had to hold myself back a bit.
Not too bad but familiar issue, will give it a rest for a few days and should be fine in no time.
In the evening went to the seaside with my son for some light physical workout on the machines there. Those will not get you fit, too easy, they have ones with weights on the other side of the beach, next time there.
So yeah fitness check-up tomorrow and giving myself all the love to get back moving asap.
Have a wonderful evening,
Ott
