Sometimes it's better to just let go.
But sometimes it is important to follow discipline.
You need to listen to your body to not hurt it but you can also train it to be more resilient to adversities.
I am somewhere in the middle there at the moment, in all honesty drifting towards a clear need for more discipline and strength of mind.
That is why I focus on training my minds resilience with different practices to overcome setbacks and bounce back stronger.
Today I walked. Not much. In the city.
In a little park with playgrounds.
Tomorrow I need to start doing more strengthening exercises.
