I rested up during the weekend and I'm ready for the new week and everything that might be coming my way.
Today at the gym was... guess what... leg day! Yeah! Again! 😠
That dreadful lunges, omg, and leg press, and squats and... I can't... Just thinking about it is making me cry inside. 😝
I'm just joking, of course, the leg day is very important, especially when trying to lose weight (like me, desperately) because legs have the biggest muscles in the body, like gluteus maximus (your, erm... behind), quadriceps, and hamstrings. Do I need to say more?
And what burns calories the most? You guessed it right - it's the MUSCLES!
So go and do some SQUATS, right away! 👍
