Arms and chest day at the gym today. 💪
First of all - bench press (flat and inclined), everyone's favorite. 😉
Warms up both the arms and the chest.
Then a couple reps of Barbell Curl followed by Dumbbell Hammer Curl.
After that a couple reps of some exercises for the chest, this time it was Dumbell Chest Press (again, flat and inclined).
Just to finish me off and to make sure I have no use of my arms next few hours - Tricep Dips followed by Tricep Pushdowns (on the cable machine)
