Today was back and shoulders day at the gym for me today.
I started off with a couple exercises for the back (3 reps each).
Ever-popular Deadlifts, followed by Lat Pulldowns and finally Bent-Over Rows.
For shoulders I also did 3 exercises (3 reps each).
Eased into it with Dumbell Overhead Press, then some Lateral Dumbell Raises and finally Face Pulls.
After that, 2 reps of Plank and mandatory 3 reps of Back Hyperextension on the bench.
