Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
One day of rest from the gym was enough, it's time for leg day!
I started off with the good ol' Squats, followed by Bulgarian Split Squats (I really hate those, they get my legs really burning).
Then off to the machine for Leg Press, and a walk around the gym doing Lunges (I know I look like an idiot doing this, but I'm not the only one 🤣).
I left the easiest (at least for me) ones for last - Standing Calf Raises and Hip Thrusts.
Generally, I hit all the major muscles in my legs today, and I know I'm gonna "regret" it tomorrow when I try to walk. 😝
