Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Today I went to the gym again and worked on my arms and chest.
I started with some biceps exercises 3 reps each - Dumbbell Curls and Concentration Curls sitting on the bench.
After a short break I did triceps exercises - Tricep Dips (I did them last time also, they're very effective) and Overhead Tricep Extensions with dumbbells.
As for chest exercises I did two variations of the same workout - Dumbbell Chest Fly on a flan bench followed by another series on inclined bench.
Later in the evening, I went for a walk with my wife and kids, and it must've been quite a long walk because I managed to collect over 20k Activity points! ❤️
