Today was gym day again - the back and shoulders combo!
For my back: Pull-Ups, Single-Arm Dumbbell Row and T-Bar Row.
For the shoulders: Arnold Press, Cable Lateral Raises and Dumbbell Front Raise
And finally, Planks and mandatory Back Hyperextension on the bench.
