It's been two months since the lockdown and have had very less physical activity over the food I'm consuming.
I do not control my food and the choices I go through for a healthy meal.
Since the lockdown, have been in no mood to be on controlled food. Have been eating all the while and every night my tummy feels extra full. A bad habbit.
I realised I'm not up to the mark and not treating my body well. Seeing myself in a mirror wakes me up.
Let me try to Control what I'm being wrong with my eating habits
