My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2024

Joined the morning meditation session, prepared the stove for testing, making stove base stand, testing the stove, preparing to test RTOS with ultrasonic sensor

Dear friends,

In this morning, I got up at 6:00 to go to join the morning meditation session at the meditation center. It was freezing cold in the morning and I found that it was still dark at 6:00 in the morning. When I saw some dawn light at around 6:30, I went to fetch my friend and went to the meditation center. There were altogether eleven old yogis, who came to joined the one hour meditation session from 7:00 to 8:00 AM.

Then, when I arrived back home, I prepared the stove that I just built for testing at night. It was 6 inches in diameter and about 6 inches tall. I also prepare some parts to build the stand for the stove - a stand to put pots and pans on it.

I also worked more on my soil mixer but I forgot to record it with my camera. And I am still figuring out with which I would use for the mixer blade. I will need a circular-shaped, 2-inches-wide steel plate to make a circular blade. The problem is I dont' want to buy a big steel sheet just to cut out a circular blade. I hope I can figure out soon.

And at night, I tested the new stove I just built. I found that the flame didn't come out of the stove. However, I found that the temperature of the tip of the air pipe was over 300°C. I think I may need to lower the tip of the air pipe so that it can blow the flame out of the stove. Tomorrow, I will modify it and test again.

And at night, I soldered ESP32 to connect to the ultrasonic sensor; I will test FreeRTOS (it is a real time operating system designed to be used on microcontroller) with Esp32 and the ultrasonic distance sensor. I intend to use it in one of my upcoming projects.

Those were some of the activities for today.
