installing chicken drinking nipples, house chores,walking in the park
Yesterday morning, I prepared and installed chicken drinking nipples for the chicken. By using those nipples, instead of using water container on the ground, can promote hygene for the chicken because the water drops are free from dirt or contamination, and they can access to drinking clean water. And it can reduce using water because most of the time I have to throw the water from the drinking container away because it becomes dirty soon after it is replaced. I installed both for the hens and cocks as well as for the small chicken. I found that the chicken could adopt to using them after my installation.
According to the results of medical checkup done a couple of years ago, my blood had some excess of bad fat called triglyceride. And the day before yesterday, I felt some ache at the upper right corner of my chest so I consulted my friend, who was a nurse. She told me that that triglyceride could contribute to stroke and heart disease and the pain could be becuse I had excess fat in my blood.She suggested to drink the water soaked in a thinly sliced garlic and take Omega 3 regularly. I took a look at their benefits in AI and found that garlic as well as omega 3 could help reduce unnecessary fat so I decided to take them regularly. Below is the sliced garlic soaked in hot water. It is left for the whole night and I just need to drink the water in the morning. And I also bought more Omega 3 for daily intake.
In yesterday evening, I took a walk in the park. It was over one mile distance and I recorded with my band. And I found that I was a little tired. Actually, I had some flu; I thought I fully recovered. I should had only a light walk.
Those were activities for yesterday.
