Im back to walk! And to use Actifit.
First thing... the ads reward are not working or it is only for me?
Anyways, today i walked a lot. To the Park and along the city center. I just love getting lost knowing im burning some calories! Haha
Lately my cardio is to walk. No running, cycling or anything else. And thats why im working out a lot in the gym and my aim is to build up muscle. I already lost a 10% of body fat which is a lot!
