아침에 일찍 출근한 날이면 저녁시간에 너무나도 피곤하다. 물론 당연한 이야기지만 이런 날들이 계속 이어지면 밤시간이면 꾸벅이며 졸기 시작한다. 과거에는 몇 일을 밤새가면서 일해왔지만 이건 그냥 과거의 기억에 불과하다. 아니면 그때 그래서 지금 이렇게 힘든지도 모르겠다. 기초체력이 중요한거 같은데 우선은 충분한 수면시간을 확보하는게 중요하겠다.
