In the early morning today, the weather is very good, I start my morning with coffee, I can see there Mount Kinabalu, although it looks far away but it still looks beautiful.
the hilly area, looking beautiful behind the increasingly dense population, feels like being there.
Today's activity count reached 13k, not all my daily activities give a step count, like when I play badminton, I can't wear or carry any gadget. I count my steps mostly when I exercise, walk for patrol, play with my children and do my daily activities like sweeping the yard.
