Ran 3.5 miles Monday and went for 2 long walks on top of that. Needless to say I thought I deserved something for my efforts and the fact my tracker said I burned 3000 cals. Doubt it but still nice to see such a high number anyway.
Looking to repeat the run part Tuesday. But 2 long walks I can't guarantee. Can't guarantee I'll have a beer either.
