It’s another beautiful day here with temp around 50F degrees. Started out early with the usual routine activity at home and out and about around the neighborhood.

Holy cow! Your step count is so high!!!! Amazing! How far do you walk/jog everyday? I would love to get higher activity, but struggle to get 20k. Any tips you would care to share? Great job!

Yeah, I and many others used to do that alot. Then for me, I kinda stop and back to it again. We used to have this win and automaticwin initiated by Will Metcalfe where you post a screenshot of your 10K steps before or at 10AM or 10PM and you'll get a win or automatic tokens.
Not sure what happens to that now though. Tips to share? Well, keep on moving and do whatever you enjoy doing and wherever your happy feet takes you, I guess, ha ha. Basically just stay healthy and eat good/nutritional food. (however, I enjoy an occasional sweets from time to time) Drink lots of water.
